about

Opening in June 2023!

Due to the limited amount of recovery options that currently exist outside of traditional therapy, the Monroe family founded Morgan’s Place, a not-for-profit organization providing wrap-around care for clients and families experiencing mental, emotional, and physical responses to injuries. Morgan Monroe has teamed up with Carey Monroe Ph.D and Tara Winter CFRE, who have 35+ years experience in the field of education, not-for-profit operations, behavioral psychology, community relations, and the healthcare industry, to make this dream a reality.

Morgan’s Place staff will implement innovative recreation therapy services and respite care incorporating cutting edge healing modalities to care for patient and family needs after they experience a traumatic injury. Staff members will provide wrap-around services to ensure that families aren’t left struggling to figure out what’s next.

Maintaining these programs will require the involvement of a community. We ask that you make a commitment to support Morgan’s Place by making a pledge, cash donation, or product donation. It is our goal in the first phase to raise 300k to renovate the 37-acre facility in Mid Michigan and begin to serve clients

Your generosity will make a huge impact on the lives of those struggling with life-altering injuries and trauma. Remember that every donation makes a difference!

Thank you in advance for your support!
